Bulger back under center for Rams

Before the start of his first practice as the Rams' head coach, Jim Haslett announced that Marc Bulger, who had been benched by departed head coach Scott Linehan, will be the team's starting quarterback for the rest of the season.
Bulger, who Haslett said was an "upper-echelon" quarterback in his opening press conference Monday, replaces Trent Green, who started off strong but wore down in the Rams' 31-14 Week Four loss to the Bills.
Another change on the practice field this morning was the absence of starting MLB Will Witherspoon, who was apparently out with an injury.
