Suddenly the Rams are on a roll with their rookie signings.

A few hours after officially announcing that they had agreed to terms with first-round DE Chris Long, the team announced that seventh-round LB Chris Chamberlain had become the Rams' fifth 2008 draft pick to agree to terms, joining Long, third-round OL John Greco, fourth-round WR Keenan Burton and fifth-round OL Roy Schuening.

Terms of Chamberlain's deal were not disclosed.

The 6-1, 230-pound Chamberlain established the University of Tulsa single-season record with 165 tackles in 2007 and finished his collegiate career with 352 tackles and 12½ sacks. The 352 tackles ranks as the fifth-highest total in school history.

Both Chamberlain and fellow seventh-round pick LB David Vobora are expected to make immediate contributions to the Rams' thin LB corps, as well as on special teams.
