Report: Bucs RB Williams likely out for start of camp

Bucs RB Cadillac Williams is likely to start training camp on the physically unable to perform list, according to the St. Petersburg Times.
The team has yet to make any official announcement on their plans for Williams.
Tampa’s first practice is scheduled for July 26, but Williams is coming off a potentially career-ending knee injury and may not be prepared for full-contact drills. The fourth-year veteran tore the patellar tendon in his right knee in a Week Four game last year, but has been working hard in his rehab to get back for this season.
The Bucs could activate Williams off the PUP list at any time in the preseason, but he may not practice with the squad while he’s on the list.
