The Bucs have recovered from a pair of weak drafts — they chose just one current starter in 2003-04 — to put together a string of solid choices. Tampa has committed to building a foundation at the line of scrimmage in recent years. It has, arguably, one of the best young offensive lines in the league, and it’s still adjusting to the pro game.
