The Packers might have suffered a major blow to their defense with starting CB Al Harris possibly suffering a season-ending ruptured spleen in the team's prime-time loss to the Cowboys Sunday evening.
The 33-year-old Harris is seeking a second opinion, accoring to various media outlets.
Harris suffered the injury in the first quarter of the Dallas game after colliding with teammate A.J. Hawk. Doctors would not allow Harris to return to the game after they detected blood in his urine.
If Harris is sidelined indefinitely, he will be likely replaced by Tramon Williams, with Will Blackmon or Jarrett Bush taking over Williams' nickel role. Starting S Nick Collins also injured his back against Dallas.
