As if the Packers didn't have enough to worry about with Brett Favre suddenly back in the team picture, the team must also now come to grips with the news that Packers DT Johnny Jolly is scheduled to appear in a Houston court July 22 after being arrested last week on felony drug possession charges, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Jolly, considered a key cog in a DT rotation that no longer includes free-agent departee Corey Williams, was arrested July 8 in Houston for possession of at least 200 grams of codeine and is currently free on court bail.

Reacting to a report on the Houston Chronicle Web site late Saturday evening, a Packers spokeswoman acknowledged the report but declined to comment on any possible disciplinary action.
