GM Matt Millen has had a spotty record. High picks such as Boss Bailey, Cory Redding, Roy Williams, Kevin Jones and Ernie Sims have panned out. But huge misses on Charles Rogers and Mike Williams — it could have had Andre Johnson, Terence Newman, DeMarcus Ware or Shawne Merriman — have haunted the team. It did well with two second-rounders, Daniel Bullocks and Gerald Alexander, but has missed on many low-round DBs, most of whom make up one bad pass defense. Drafting four first-round receivers in five years has killed the depth on the rest of the roster.
