Springs a late scratch for Redskins; Taylor active

Redskins starting CB Shawn Springs was designated a late inactive with a shin injury that he apparently suffered in practice a few days ago.
DE Jason Taylor, who was listed as doubtful with a knee injury he suffered in the third preseason game, is active and playing tonight. He practiced on a limited basis this week.
Fred Smoot started in place of Springs.
