Jim Zorn plans to start his training camp practices a bit earlier than predecessor Joe Gibbs did.
The Redskins announced their camp schedule Tuesday. The players will report on July 19, and beginning the following day practices will start at 8:30 a.m. through July 28. The one exception will be on July 26, which is Fan Appreciation Day, when there will be individual drills in the afternoon and an intersquad scrimmage to follow at 2 p.m.
Gibbs typically started his practices later in the morning, at different times.
