Westbrook practicing full speed; likely back for Sunday

Eagles RB Brian Westbrook was a full participant in practice on Friday, which bodes well for his chances of playing against NFC East foe Washington Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Westbrook sprained his ankle against the Steelers two weeks ago, and watched from the Soldier Field sideline last week as the Bears eked out a 24-20 victory.
One of the most versatile backs in the league, Westbrook exploded onto the national scene with an NFL-leading 2,104 yards from scrimmage in 2007. In the ultra-competitive NFC East division whose teams sport a combined 11-4 record, the 2-2 Eagles could ill-afford to have their star tailback out much longer.
