Other than Jerome McDougle, the Eagles have come up aces with first-round picks. And for every Matt Ware or Matt McCoy misfire, there have been inspired picks such as Trent Cole, Todd Herremans and Omar Gaither. Andy Reid, Tom Heckert and Ryan Grigson do a nice job of evaluating talent and identifying need. Certain positions have given them trouble, but the Eagles can identify talent to fit their system.
