Still on roster during '07 season*: 22
Starters*: 10
Pro Bowlers: 2
Twenty-two players from the past five classes have stuck on the roster, but ’07 ended with a nine-game losing streak, so it’s hard to tell if that stat should qualify as a success. Despite some stinkers, the Chiefs struck gold with RB Larry Johnson, DEs Jared Allen and Tamba Hali, OLB Derrick Johnson and WR Dwayne Bowe, four of whom were first-rounders. The jury remains out on DBs Bernard Pollard and Jarrad Page, QB Brodie Croyle, OT Will Svitek and DLs Turk McBride and Tank Tyler, but with Herm Edwards’ desire to get younger, more playing time will be coming soon.
