The Bengals signed WR Mario Urrutia, one of their seventh-round picks, to a four-year contract on Tuesday.

The 6-5, 232-pound Urrutia was bothered by a turf toe injury in his final season at Louisville and caught 35-501-3 in 10 games in 2007. He will compete for one of the final spots on the Bengals' depth chart. Pro Football Weekly's 2008 Draft Preview described Urrutia as a player "built more like a H-back than a receiver (who) needs to be evaluated based on junior tape before (his) toe injury.

Urrutia is the fourth of 10 Cincinnati draft picks to sign. The Bengals open training camp on July 28.
