Ex-Bengals WR Henry to again stand trial

Former Bengals WR Chris Henry will be retried in Cincinnati next week on misdemeanor assault charges. An earlier trial on the charges ended in a mistrial after a jury couldn't come to a unanimous decision.
The charges stem from a March 31 arrest in Cincinnati that ultimately led the Bengals to release Henry, 25.
Henry was indefinitely suspended by the NFL in June for violating the league's personal conduct policy. In three NFL seasons, Henry caught 88 passes for 1,370 yards and 17 touchdowns, but he struggled with off-the-field issues for much of his career in Cincinnati.
