LONDON — The Bears will welcome back Akiem Hicks and Roquan Smith to battle the Oakland Raiders following their absences with a knee injury and a personal matter last week vs. the Vikings.

Hicks practiced Friday in Londona after missing the first two sessions this week; Smith has been full-go since being a surprise late scratch last Sunday with what he and the team repeatedly called personal.

The Bears will be without Mitch Trubisky, as expected, after he suffered a left shoulder dislocation and slightly torn labrum only six snaps into the Vikings game. Chase Daniel will make his third start for the Bears and first this season.

Chicago also ruled out with injuries Bilal Nichols (hand, fourth consecutive missed game), and Taylor Gabriel (concussion) and Ted Larsen (knee) — neither of whom made the overseas trip. The healthy scratches Sunday are rookie nickel CB Duke Shelley and fellow rookie WR Riley Ridley.

The Raiders will be without top pick Clelin Ferrell (concussion) and WR1 Tyrell Williams (knee) and fellow veteran WRs J.J. Nelson and Dwayne Harris, among others.
