The Ravens agreed on a new contract with QB Joe Flacco, Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer first reported on Friday evening. Flacco will sign the contract on Monday.

The six-year deal is worth $120.6 million, according to mulitple reports, with $52 million guaranteed. Flacco's cap number for 2013 is only $6.8 million, but it jumps to $29 million in Year Four.

Flacco, PFW’s top free agent available and the MVP of Super Bowl XLVII, threw 22 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 2012. In the playoffs, Flacco was sensational, throwing 11 touchdowns and no picks.

In the Super Bowl win over the 49ers, Flacco completed 22-of-33 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns.

In his five NFL seasons, Flacco has a regular-season record of 54-26 and a playoff record of 9-4. He has thrown 102 touchdowns and 56 interceptions, while leading the Ravens to five consecutive playoff appearances.
