Patriots ORT Sebastian Vollmer underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his knee, according to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald.

Vollmer battled through back and knee issues in 2012, while starting 15 regular-season games and both playoff games.

The fifth-year pro is entering unrestricted free agency. He has played in 51 games with 44 starts since entering the league as a second-round pick in 2009.
