The Buccaneers hired John McNulty as quarterbacks coach, GM Mark Dominik confirmed Friday.

McNulty was the Cardinals’ quarterbacks coach last season. The previous three seasons, he served as Arizona’s wide receivers coach.

From 2004-08, McNulty was a coach at Rutgers, spending the last three seasons as their offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach, working for current Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano.

Dominik said McNulty is a “well-rounded offensive mind” and “another valuable asset.” The Bucs are interviewing for open positions at wide receivers and defensive backs coach, but will retain D-line coach Randy Melvin.
