Browns head coach Pat Shurmur and GM Tom Hecker will be fired or will leave the club on Monday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

New owner Jimmy Haslam and CEO Joe Banner were expected to clean house, and the decision has apparently been made to start the changes following the team’s season finale against the Steelers.

The Browns are 5-10 entering Sunday’s game. They started the season 0-5, but did win three in a row, starting with a defeat of the Steelers in Week 12. Shurmur is 9-22 in his two seasons.

Cleveland has not had a winning record since 2007, when they went 10-6, which is their only season above .500 since 2003.

Haslam bought the team in August and Banner took his post in October.
