The Bengals placed PK Mike Nugent on injured reserve Friday and promoted CB Chris Lewis-Harris from the practice squad. 

Nugent had not played since Week 13 because of a right calf strain. Cincinnati signed Josh Brown, who has made 8-of-9 field-goal attempts in four games.

Brown hit the game-winning field goal last week to clinch a playoff berth for the Bengals.

Lewis-Harris is a rookie out of Tennessee-Chattanooga who has appeared in one game this season.
