Seahawks CB Richard Sherman won his appeal against the NFL of his four-game suspension for the use of performance-enhancing substances.

“Thank you (NFL) for upholding the truth!” Sherman tweeted.

The second-year corner had his appeal heard last week. He said this week that he would sue the league if the suspension was upheld. The appeal reportedly centered around the handling procedures of Sherman's sample.

Sherman has started all 15 games this season and has 61 tackles, one sack, 23 passes defensed, seven interceptions and three forced fumbles. His fellow starter at cornerback, Brandon Browner, is currently serving a four-game suspension for PEDs, but will be eligible to return for the start of the playoffs.
