The Ravens moved ILB Ray Lewis to the active roster and placed WR LaQuan Williams on injured reserve.
Lewis, 37, tore his triceps in Week Six and was placed on injured reserve with a designation for return.
In his six games this season, Lewis had 57 tackles, one sack, one pass defensed and one forced fumble. The 17-year veteran likely won't play in Sunday's season finale, but needed to be activated Wednesday to be eligible for the playoffs. Lewis returned to practice earlier this month.
Williams had four special-teams tackles this season.
