The Jaguars announced Friday that they have promoted rookie OL Austin Pasztor to the 53-man roster from the practice squad. Rookie WR Kevin Elliott was waived and signed rookie WR Jerrell Jackson to the practice squad.
Pasztor, a 6-7, 308-pound Virginia product, was signed by the Jaguars to the practice squad on Sept. 17 where he has spent the last 12 weeks. He was originally signed by the Vikings as an undrafted rookie on May 4 and was waived in late August.

He was a four-year starter at Virginia where he mostly played left guard. He started all 13 games as a senior and earned second-team Associated Press All-America honors while being selected first-team All-ACC. He started eight games as a freshman at left guard alongside Jaguars OLT Eugene Monroe.
