The Titans will place TE Jared Cook on injured reserve with a torn rotator cuff.

Cook, who is in a contract year, had 44 catches for 523 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games and five starts. The four touchdowns are a career-high total.

Last season, Cook hauled in 49 receptions for 759 yards and three scores. He said Monday that he would like to remain with the Titans.
