Bears QB Jay Cutler has been cleared to return from the concussion he suffered in Week 10 and will start Sunday vs. the Vikings, according to a report from Jason La Canfora of CBS.

Cutler was listed as questionable on the injury report and was scheduled to see an independent neurologist Saturday to determine whether he was fit to play.

The Bears traveled without Cutler to San Francisco and Jason Campbell started at quarterback in the team's Monday night loss to the 49ers.
