Talent has never been the problem for RS-WR Jacoby Jones, and in his first season with Baltimore, he has shown the ability that tantalized the Texans the five previous seasons. Jones has three return touchdown in 10 games, with a 108-yard kickoff score against Dallas and a 63-yard punt-return TD at Pittsburgh especially key in those Ravens victories. An NFL assistant familar with Jones told PFW that Jones has "(great) vertical speed" but that in the past, he "(always) had (a) problem with decision-making and ball-handling." However, this season, Jones has just one fumble and no lost fumbles.

Jones has had a complementary role in the Ravens' offense, catching 17 passes for 257 yards with a TD in 10 games (two starts). On special teams, though, he has been a standout, especially on kickoffs, where he's had four returns of 40 yards or more after just one in the first 64 kickoff returns of his career. Jones struggled with consistency in Houston, and a fumbled punt in the divisional-round loss at Baltimore in January capped an up-and-down stint with the Texans, who released him in May. In Baltimore, he has gotten a fresh start — and he's already made a material impact on the Ravens.
