The Bears ruled QB Jay Cutler out for Monday night’s game against the 49ers. Jason Campbell will get the start.

Cutler suffered a concussion in the Bears’ Week 10 loss to the Texans. Campbell, who signed a $3.5 million deal with the Bears in March, completed 11-of-19 passes for 94 yards after replacing Cutler on Sunday night. Campbell has started 70 games in his NFL career.

49ers starting QB Alex Smith was also concussed last week, but he returned to practice and could start on Monday.
