Bears QB Jay Cutler suffered a concussion in Sunday night’s game against the Texans.

Texans LB Tim Dobbins hit Cutler on a helmet-to-helmet hit late in the first half. Cutler remained in the game and finished that series, and the final series of the half. After halftime, the team confirmed he was concussed and would not return.

Cutler played seven snaps after the concussion likely occurred. Backup Jason Campbell replaced him with the Bears facing a 10-3 deficit. Cutler had thrown two picks.
