The Packers activated TE Andrew Quarless from the physically-unable-to-perform list and placed first-round rookie LB Nick Perry on injured reserve.
Perry underwent wrist surgery and also has been having recent issues with his knee. He played in six games with five starts and made 18 tackles, two sacks and one pass defensed. Before missing the last three games, he was sharing time and being outplayed by fifth-year pro Erik Walden at the left outside linebacker spot opposite Clay Matthews.
Quarless played in 10 games with two starts last season and had three catches for 36 yards. He had 21 catches for 238 yards as a rookie in 2010.
