LOCK OF THE WEEK
Which of your picks do you feel strongest about and why?
Hub Arkush: The Dolphins’ “D” appears to be for real and Tennessee looked like a club ready to fold its tent for the season last week. This one keeps the Fish in the playoff hunt.
Keith Schleiden: The Broncos are hitting their stride and will secure a win on the road over a Panthers team that won in Week Nine but has been trou-bled for most of 2012.
Mike Holbrook: The Lions and Vikings have gone in opposite directions since a Week Four meeting and the surging Lions won’t allow the reeling Vikes to sweep the season series.
Dan Arkush: I like the way the Lions have looked the last couple of weeks and think they just might put a real hurting on Minnesota’s undermanned secondary.
Eric Edholm: John Fox is not afraid to rub it in his former team’s faces a bit, so this might be the one week where his conservative reputation gets thrown out the window.
Mike Wilkening: NFC teams have generally cleaned up in non-conference games in 2012. The surging Bears, laying a mere point at home, are the clear play here.
Dan Parr: The tables have most definitely turned in the NFC South. The Falcons should be able to move the ball at will vs. the Saints, who have a short week.
Kevin Fishbain: The Ravens’ defense, albeit undermanned themselves, will be too much for a Raiders team that might be without RBs McFadden and Goodson.
Arthur Arkush: The Steelers have hit their stride, and the Chiefs have hit the panic button. Kansas City’s giving ways will lead to a big night for Pitts-burgh’s “D.”
