The Bills activated rookie CB Ron Brooks and placed OG Chad Rinehart on injured reserve.

Brooks began the season on the new injured reserve list with a designation to return after eight weeks. The fourth-round pick played his college ball at LSU. He had been out after undergoing foot surgery in early September.

Rinehart, the Bills’ top reserve on the O-line, injured his ankle in Week Seven. He has played in seven games with two starts this season, and started 12 games in 2011.
