Hurricane Sandy hasn’t canceled any games, but it did impact travel plans for the Steelers.
According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers were not able to find a hotel in New York and will fly in Sunday morning prior to their late-afternoon contest with the Giants, and then return after the game.
The Steelers had been scheduled to stay at the Westin in Jersey City, but the hotel is without power.
