Patriots QB Tom Brady, Broncos LB Wesley Woodyard and Dolphins DE Olivier Vernon were named the AFC’s Players of the Week for Week Eight.
In the Patriots’ 45-7 win over the Rams in London, Brady completed 23-of-35 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns, good for a passer rating of 131.1.
Woodyard had 13 tackles, one sack, two passes defensed, one interception and one forced fumble in the Broncos’ Sunday night win over the Saints.
Vernon recovered a blocked punt for a touchdown and blocked a field goal in the Dolphins’ win over the Jets.
