Vikings RB Adrian Peterson, Bears CB Charles Tillman and 49ers P Andy Lee were named the NFC’s Players of the Week for Week Seven.

Peterson rushed the ball 23 times for 153 yards (6.7-yard average) and one touchdown in the Vikings’ 21-14 win over the Cardinals.

Tillman received his second NFC Player of the Week honors. In the Bears’ win over Detroit, he had seven tackles, two passes defensed and two forced fumbles while locking down Lions star WR Calvin Johnson.

Lee punted five times for 228 yards and helped hold Leon Washington to two returns for five yards. He had a net average of 44.6 yards on his punts and dropped four punts inside their 20-yard line.
