The Lions placed WR Nate Burleson on injured reserve and signed WR Brian Robiskie.
Burleson broke his leg in Monday night’s loss to the Bears. He will undergo surgery on Friday. Burleson was third on the team with 27 catches for 240 yards and had a team-high two receiving touchdowns.
Robiskie is a former second-round pick of the Browns. Last season, he played in six games and had three catches for 25 yards. In 2010, Robiskie started 11 games and had 29 catches for 310 yards and three scores. He spent time with the Jaguars this past offseason.
