Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was released from the hospital on Sunday. He has been undergoing treatment for leukemia.

Owner Jim Irsay informed the team that Pagano was released from the IU Health Simon Cancer Center and will continue to get treatment from home, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Pagano was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia earlier in the month. Bruce Arians has been the interim head coach. The Colts beat the Browns 17-13 on Sunday.
