Browns LB Scott Fujita may have a career-ending neck injury, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
Fujita did not play in Sunday’s game against the Bengals and was listed with a shoulder and neck injury during the week of practice.
The 33-year-old had played in four games this season, recording 14 tackles and one sack. Fujita has been with Cleveland since 2010 after spending four seasons with the Saints. He played for the Cowboys in ’05 and spent the first three seasons of his career in Kansas City.
Fujita’s three-game suspension for his alleged role in the Saints’ bounty program was reduced to one game by commissioner Roger Goodell last week.
