Lions DT Ndamukong Suh will not receive a ticket for allegedly sideswiping another vehicle early Thursday morning.

"The investigation is closed," the Dearborn Police department said in a released statement, according to the Detroit Free Press. "It was a minor traffic accident in which fault cannot be determined and there will be no charges to either party."

Stephen Vines said Suh sideswiped his car at about 6:20 a.m. on Thursday. Vines said Suh did not stop after the accident.

“I look over at him and he started yelling at me, 'Trying to cut me off. Get out of the way.' And I just said, 'Really?'” Vines told My Fox Detroit. "He just started yelling about getting the hell out of his way and cutting him off."

Vines guessed the damage to his car is worth $500-$2,000.

Last December, Suh hit a tree and light pole in Oregon during his two-game suspension, and the passenger in the car sued him. He received a speeding ticket in March.
