Colts activate OL Hills, waive WR Adams

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Colts are promoting OT Tony Hills from the practice squad to the active roster.

To make room for Hills, the Colts WR Kris Adams on Saturday.

At 6-foot-5 and 304 pounds, Hills gives the Colts depth in an area they have been hit hard by injuries. OGs Joe Reitz and Seth Olsen have been ruled out of Sunday's game against Green Bay because of knee injuries. C Samson Satele is questionable with a knee injury. Earlier this week, the Colts also promoted C A.Q. Shipley from the practice squad.

Adams played in each of the Colts' first three games this season and caught two passes for 26 yards.

LB Pat Angerer (foot) and CBs Vontae Davis (ankle) and Justin King (groin) also have been ruled out.
