Spikes, Greenway each fined $21,000

Here is a recap of the players fined on Friday for actions taken in Week Four games, according to multiple media reports:

• Patriots ILB Brandon Spikes was fined $21,000 for a blind-side block on Bills TE Scott Chandler.
• Vikings LB Chad Greenway was fined $21,000 for unnecessary roughness for hitting Lions WR Calvin Johnson in the head or neck area. 
• Bills DT Kyle Williams was fined $15,750 for hitting Patriots QB Tom Brady below the knee area. Williams was flagged on the play.
• Panthers DE Charles Johnson was fined $7,875 for grabbing Falcons QB Matt Ryan’s facemask.
• Titans OT David Stewart was fined $7,875 for unnecessary roughness for striking an opponent in the head and neck area.
• Cardinals PK Jay Feely was fined $7,875 for hitting Dolphins DB Jimmy Wilson late and in the back on a kickoff return.
• Packers NT B.J. Raji was fined $7,875 for hitting Saints LS Justin Drescher with his knee.
• Saints S Malcolm Jenkins was fined $7,875 for grabbing Packers QB Aaron rodgers’ facemask. On the play, Jenkins poked Rodgers in the eye.
