Suspended Saints head coach Sean Payton, GM Mickey Loomis and linebackers coach Joe Vitt will attend Sunday night's Chargers-Saints game in New Orleans.
Larry Holder of the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports the NFL confirmed that Saints QB Drew Brees asked for and received permission from Commissioner Roger Goodell to have all three members of the organization attend the game and watch as he tries to break Johnny Unitas' 52-year-old record for consecutive games with a touchdown pass.
Payton, Loomis and Vitt are serving suspensions for their role in the team's bounty program. Payton is serving a year-long suspension that began in April. The suspensions for Loomis (eight games) and Vitt (six games) began at the start of the regular season.
