Which of your picks do you feel strongest about and why?

Hub Arkush: And the Jets thought the worst was behind them? If the Niners ran for 245 yards, imagine what the Texans will do to them. Bet the farm on Houston.

Keith Schleiden: The Jets face a powerhouse for the second week in a row. There’s no reason to believe that Mark Sanchez will progress against this tough Texans defense.

Mike Holbrook: The Bills’ defense has no chance of stopping a 49ers offense that just gashed the Jets for 245 rushing yards in a blowout win. More of the same here.

Dan Arkush: I’m not sure the Pack is totally back after edging the Saints. But I do think they will easily beat a Colts team forced to deal with Chuck Pagano’s leukemia.

Eric Edholm: The Ravens feast on below-average passing games, and the Chiefs are the definition of that right now. Can’t lose the turnover battle and beat Baltimore too often.

Mike Wilkening: I’ll take the Broncos, who are much better positioned to deal with New England now than they were in the two matchups a season ago. Denver’s the value here.

Dan Parr: I expect the 49ers will move the ball with ease and be similarly unburdened on defense against Buffalo, which has to make a long trip coming off a blowout loss.

Kevin Fishbain: The Chiefs have had serious turnover problems, which isn’t a good situation going against a Ravens defense that has a couple extra days of rest.

Arthur Arkush: The Bears’ "D" appears to be in vintage form, wreaking havoc and creating turnovers. That is a recipe for disaster against Jacksonville's inept passing offense.
