Colts head coach Chuck Pagano has revealed that he has been diagnosed with a treatable form of leukemia. He will miss the Week Five game at Green Bay at the least. An ESPN.com report says he will be hospitalized for about six weeks getting treatment for the illness.

Pagano, who turns 52 Tuesday, reportedly had been feeling unusual fatigue in recent weeks and got a blood test during the Colts' bye week. He wrote via email to NFL Network's Albert Breer Monday morning, "Will be back REAL soon."

The Colts will hold a press conference Monday morning, in which the team will introduce Pagano's doctor and reveal specifics about the coach's illness.

Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians will take over as head coach.

Pagano, who has been an assistant coach for several college and NFL teams, is in his first season as head coach of the Colts. His team had a 1-2 record before the bye.
