As expected, Bears RB Matt Forté will return to action on Monday night. Forté has not played since injuring his knee against the Packers in Week Two.
Bears WR Earl Bennett is inactive for Monday night’s game against the Cowboys. WR Dane Sanzenbacher will be active for the first time this season. Bennett has six catches for 82 yards in Chicago’s first three games. As a rookie last season, Sanzenbacher had 27 catches for 276 yards and three TDs.
Also inactive for the Bears are TE Evan Rodriguez, OG Edwin Williams, OT Chris Williams, DT Matt Toeaina, DE Cheta Ozougwu and DT Nate Collins.
NT Jay Ratliff (ankle) and OLB Anthony Spencer (shoulder) headline the Cowboys’ inactive players, along with C Phil Costa, DE Kenyon Coleman, P Chris Jones, LB Alex Albright and S Matt Johnson. Spencer has 21 tackles and two sacks and started the Cowboys’ first three games. Ratliff has yet to play this season after injuring his ankle in the preseason.
