Titans QB Jake Locker left Sunday’s game with a left shoulder injury and his return is questionable.

Locker hit the deck hard after a sack by Texans S Glover Quin in the first quarter. He was 0-for-2 passing before the injury and was replaced by Matt Hasselbeck.

Locker injured his left (non-throwing) shoulder in the Titans’ season opener against the Patriots.
