The Buccaneers signed WR Roscoe Parrish and cut WR Jordan Shipley on Tuesday.
Parrish spent the preseason with the Chargers and some time with the Raiders. He played in two games last year for the Bills and had one catch for 16 yards.
Parrish played for the Bills from 2005-10. His best year came in 2010, when he had 33 catches for 400 yards, but played in only eight games. Parrish can also return punts.
Shipley re-joined the Buccaneers last week and lost a fumble on a punt return in their loss to Dallas. He had three returns for 10 yards. Shipley, who was cut by the Bengals, missed most of 2011 with a torn ACL. He had 600 receiving yards as a rookie in 2010.
