Giants S Antrel Rolle was carted off the field after injuring his knee on a collision with a cameraman on Thursday night. The Giants announced that Rolle has a knee laceration and went into the locker room for an X-ray.

The play occurred in the fourth quarter of Thursday night’s win over the Panthers. Rolle ran out of the endzone after covering Panthers TE Greg Olsen, then banged his knee on a camera while jumping over the cameraman. The Giants were up 33-7 at the time, and Will Hill replaced Rolle in the Giants’ secondary.

Rolle had six tackles in the game. He has missed only one game since 2005. Last season, Rolle had 96 tackles and four passes defensed while starting all 16 games for the Giants.
