The Jets will be without CB Darrelle Revis, TE Dustin Keller and OLB Bryan Thomas for Sunday’s game against the Steelers.
Revis (concussion) was not cleared by doctors to play. He suffered the concussion in Week One’s win over the Bills, when he had an interception and three passes defensed. Third-year CB Kyle Wilson will start in his place.
Thomas and Keller did not participate in practice on Thursday with hamstring injuries. Thomas had one tackle in Sunday’s win and Keller had one catch. Jeff Cumberland will likely start in Keller’s place. Backup LBs Garret McIntyre and Aaron Maybin could see more time in place of Thomas.
S Eric Smith and NT Sione Po’uha are expected to return for Sunday’s game after missing Week One.
The Steelers listed LB James Harrison and S Troy Polamalu as questionable for the game.
