The Eagles made four moves Monday to get their roster to the 75-player limit required by the NFL, including placing OLT Jason Peters on the reserve/non-football injury list.
The team also placed DT Mike Patterson on the reserve/non-football illness list. This means that Peters and Patterson are eligible to return to practice with the team anytime between Weeks Six and Nine of the regular season. They then can be added to the 53-man roster, be waived or be placed on season-ending injured reserve.
On Monday, the Eagles also placed OG Mike Gibson on injured reserve with a hip flexor injury and waived WR Jamel Hamler.
