The Seahawks have agreed to a one-year deal with WR Terrell Owens, FOX's Jay Glazer reported Monday.
Owens, 38, last played for the Bengals in 2010, leading the club in receptions (72), yards (983) and TDs (nine). He didn't play last season after suffering a torn ACL in the spring. Owens reportedly worked out for Seattle on Monday.
Owens has caught 1,078 passes for 15,934 yards and 98 TDs in 15 previous NFL seasons with five teams (San Francisco, Philadelphia, Dallas, Buffalo and Cincinnati).
The Seahawks currently have 11 other wideouts on the active roster, with Sidney Rice, Doug Baldwin, Golden Tate and Braylon Edwards among the notables. A 12th wideout, rookie Jermaine Kearse, is on the active-PUP list.
